Our new multi-harvester has a capacity of 9 metric tons to 10 US tons.
It has a smaller turning radius. It is not only hinged in the center, but also rotates the rear axle.
Large wiring harnesses on articulated harvesters eventually wear out. So we simplified the wiring and covered it with a protective coating. We also moved all electronic controls to strategic locations.
After several seasons of effort, we have reviewed the successes of the previous generation harvester and made further improvements by developing new designs.
While some parts, like engines and transmissions, are purchased from the shelves, our harvesters are built from the chassis in our factory.
Our pea harvester is currently in production.
Our harvesters can transport hundreds of millions of pounds of perishable vegetables from the field to cold storage faster and more economically.
The design of the seed and sweet corn harvester is to remove the corn ears from the corn stalks and leave them in the husks. When the stalks pass through the harvester's rollers, the ears are removed from the stalks, passed through two washers, and then placed into the hopper. These corn ears are then processed into corn cobs, sweet corn, or corn seeds for sale.
